I have just moved house and plugged in the new router - power and wifi light are on, but no internet light. Who do I call? Sky customer services won't let me past the robot!!!!

When you move your broadband service does not and can't follow you around, you'll need to be patient and call Sky, please be aware the minimum time for a broadband install is 10 working days from placing the order.

Thanks, the date was yesterday, they sent all of the new equipment but it doesn't work, it's like there's no line? There is an engineer coming tomorrow to sort the TV but still no internet. The automated robot will not let me speak to anyone, it just keeps redirecting me to the website!
How do you contact openreach?
