No internet and therefore no tv

Installed today green pulsing light on router tried all troubleshooting still nothing working terrible introduction to sky

@Nic139- if a simple reboot of the Sky hub by disconnecting the power for a few seconds does not cause the connection to work call Sky as they should have received a report from the network operator either Openreach or City Fibre overnight on any issues.
