Internet won’t work on devices unless very close to hub

Since last week we get full connection to our WiFi on our devices but nothing loads unless we're really close to the hub. We have hard wired TP link upstairs and still can't get anything to load

@Smithers What sky hub and what tp-link do you have!

Sky hub max and the white box that is hard wired into the bedroom says tp link and the WiFi light is on

@Smithers if the TPLink unit is a WiFi access point it can be interfering with the Sky hub as the two are not designed to work together. If you are paying for Sky's WiFi Max package call them and ask for a matched pod extender which is designed to work with and not against the hub.
