The voice light is off
I have set up a new router and the voice isn't lighting up

@Patricias are you sure that your service has been converted to digital voice service from the older analogue service where the phone plugs into a phone socket? If it has reboot your hub to see if it picks up the voice service if it doesnt call Sky but it is not unusual the voice service to lag by a few hours with new connections.
