No internet after open reach visit

Hi, today I had open reach come to my property while I was out to install a grey box to the house, I'm upgrading from Sky broadband super fast to Sky full fibre which goes live on Friday but since the engineers visit I don't have any internet at all, is this normal ? Thanks
