No connection despite Sky successfully doing a remote test. No connection on multiple devices

Find out more@MikeT58 if the leds on the hub show the connection is down (see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start) run the online test by clicking on the broadband test option what you are seeing intially is actest which could have been run some hours ago. Thst test will tell you Sky are aware of a fault affecting your line. If it doesnt call them and report the issue.
If the LEDs tell you the hub is connected work through the above trouble shooter.
