New to FTTP, phone not working

Good evening, 

 

We were connected yesterday, new to Sky and fttp coming from BT and a traditionallandline. Internet working fine, good speeds but the phone line hasn't started working. My son has been over, turned everything off for a bit, he says some threads recommend it on here,  connected the 2 phones separately and on a double splitter etc and no joy unfortunately.  We got our email from BT to settle the bill so they know about everything.  We do have a mobile however we are getting on a bit so it would be good if we can get this working. Any advice or checks grateful.

Have you plug your phone directly into your router

Yes we have. I have 2 different phones and tried both. We have the white router.

Morning James,

 

We have 2 phones/handsets. 

 

Panasonic KX-TG6241E and Binatone Acura 3000.  We have had both for a while now.

Hmm okay they should work.

Just to clarify, have you tried connecting just one phone on its own? You mentioned trying two with a splitter so I wasnt sure.
