No broadband

Hello

We were affected by the flood at the weekend which has affected the broadband. There was an outage but when doing the test seems like it's been fixed outside. However I still can't connect inside. I'm trying all the tests but it just won't finish the test.  Does anyone know do I just wait until the test can complete or is there anything else I can try.It has been 5 days now. Does anyone know how long it takes to reconnect?

@Maria73  If it's due to flooding them i'm afraid no one can tell you anything as the repairs will need to be done by the network operator who may need to replace damaged cables and equipment.  All can take time.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
