No broadband
Cancelled broadband the re added it an it's stopped working anybody know why ??

@Thomas1231 the order to cancel the srrvice was sent to Openreach to fulfil and it was probably too late to stop that being carried out.

So are you saying you cancelled your broadband subscription and then you contacted Sky and cancelled the cancellation? If so, how much time between the two events?

As @Chrisee has stated the cancellation was almost certainly sent to Openreach immediately but you should have still had a 14 day notice period.

@Thomas1231 you nedd to call Sky who will place a new order. Its a pain given Openreach often take an age to do anything you want but seem to act in seconds when you want tonstop,something.
