There have been reports coming of outages from Swansea to Pembroke

@Matyp did you actually click to run the test or rely on the result from the last routine test the app shows before you do that? If the app tells you Sky are aware of the fault then you will need to patient until Openreachsort the issue if it doesnt report the fault by calling Sky.

No internet in sa66, two red lights on box. Run many tests and all say it's working but it's not. No number to call for support. 
is the internet down in the area?

Sa66. Orange Internet light. Ran FULL test and still says no issues but clearly there is a widespread outage. SKY NEED TO JUST ACKNOWLEDGE THE PROBLEM AND GIVE US A FIX ETA!!!

No internet in SA73 - Pembrokeshire. Service tracker shows there's an issue with broadband but when testing connection says there's no issue detected! Completed all troubleshooting but no help.

Lights are green amber green amber.
