My broadband issue appears to have resolved itself.

I have had no broadband since this morning I have done the usual take plug out of socket for a few minutes and still has orange lights

My Sky Fibre has been unusable for the last 20 days, speed dropped from 300mb on the 29th January and 20 days later it shows 30.6mb but thats only to the Black SR203 Hub with no usable signal within the home. Supposadly esculated to the Sky Network Team and Open Reach and get the generic text message every couple of days "We are still managing your fault and will continue to update you via SMS. Thank you for your patience. NoReply". Absolutly disgusting service from Sky and Open Reach.

I don't have Internet connection so I can't watch my TV programmes nor go on the computer

I have done the check my network in the app and it says all is working but I have no phone tv or broadband

  • Maybe this is my problem.   I have a white dot on but I haven't had Internet for over 5 months,  good job for mobile data.  Can't speak to anyone, being charged £50 a month for nothing. Told if it goes on for more than 3 days you get money back. Not working at the moment  as well.   Tried to switch but was told I'd have to pay £300 to get out of contract.  Someone please help me.
