Hi,

I have just installed my gigafast hub and am only achieving a download speed of 228.7 and an upload speed of 48.2.

The 600Mbs 'minimum' is speed delivered as far as the Hub over optical fibre and ethernet cable, not on WiFi from it.

The 'WiFi Guarantee' (if the account has the WiFi Max subscription supplement) is for a distinctly underwhelming 25Mbs
