500Mbps ff install yesterday now getting this

My internet went down last night briefly, I have the 1000mb package and im getting the same speeds since it came back up. Wonder if its skys end as ive tried unplugging etc

Is that via a wifi connected device or an ethernet connected device? What does the MySky app say you're getting to the hub itself?

Just got full fibre installed yesterday, have phoned sky up and cancelled, within14 day cooling off period, went back with BT slightly dearer, miles ahead of Sky,

wi fi, not listening to all this hard wired nonsence, cant put up with this carry on, with speeds for 24 months.

Sky Max Router  just rubbish, got even lower speeds upstairs, BT router same speeds everywhere, in the house.
