The connection to my broadband keeps going down and I have to keep pressing the WPS button on the router

Find out more@ValMay your pist is confusing you mention the broadbsnd connection going down which implies a line issue external to your home while thecwps button iis used to connect to your devices and typically only needs doing once when orginally connecting devices when you set the device and hub into wps mode. Pressing wps wont do anything for its external connection the hub should reconnect automatically but a reboot can help.
If your hub is dropping its connection to the line the leds on it will change (see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start)
If that is happening and the cable from the hub to the line is not damaged run the Service Checker in the My Sky app over a mobile connection as that will tell you if Sky are aware of an issue affecting your line or if it picks up,a fault. If it doesn't then call Sky tonreport the issue.
