My WiFi has went down again their is no connection sky fix your services it's ridiculous paying 26 a month for something that barely works I'm in Dartford area

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

I'm having the same problem but when I run sky test it says all is fine, but still Internet isn't connected

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@dee2602 if you have lost connection and the My Sky app is notvreporting a known issue call Sky to report it so they can get it fixed for you.
