No WiFi

My WiFi has went down again their is no connection sky fix your services it's ridiculous paying 26 a month for something that barely works I'm in Dartford area

@420 Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

I'm having the same problem but when I run sky test it says all is fine, but still Internet isn't connected

@dee2602 if you have lost connection and the My Sky app is notvreporting a known issue call Sky to report it so they can get it fixed for you.
