Hey,
I have realised that my home broadband Deal's price will be increased in April 2024 and I would like to change to a new package, the 145Mb/s Ultrafast Broadband - 28 per month.
I can't change the deal through my account, and there is only an upgrade option instead so I would like to know if someone from customer service can help me change my deal manually?

If that's a substantially discounted 'new customer' price (as it appears to be) then it may well not be available at the same price as an upgrade from an existing subscription.
