No Wi-Fi all day in ME7 area, i work from home
and have lost a days wages simply not good enough, we pay good money for this service and just a text to say your working on it, not good enough!

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreThe money you pay for is to provide a broadband service with no guaranteed SLA. The target fix time for Openreach is 2 working days but this can extend if the problem is more complex.
Sky provide compensation of £9.76 per working day after your service has been down for more than 2 working days. This is credited to your bill.
If this compensation is not high enough for you then you should look at getting a business connection which has better SLAs and compensation.
