No Wi-Fi for over 24 hours

My Wi fi on my sky a mini keeps connecting and disconnecting, it also won't connect to the main sky box.

The main sky box is jittering and really seems to be struggling connecting to any streaming service and playing a movie, I've tried the diagnostics on my sky app but that says everything is ok, I have the 3 green lights but it still struggles to load anything up.
