Broadband Speed

When will the internet be fixed? It seems to be widespread for the past week. Its worse than the original dial up!

the broadband has been awful! normal speed 64mbs guaranteed or what not went to 3 down to 1.7! have an engineer out monday since ringing up friday! but if this widespread nothing probably be done about it monday! nightmare
