No Wi-Fi connection

I just did the Wi-Fi check and it came back there. There were no issues and everything was fine. This is completely force as there's no Wi-Fi connection whatsoever of the four lights on the modem two are green two are orange and one of them is flashing so clearly all is not right

at work at mo not working  playing up few days and my son starting his monks really need this .sorted please .

be very grateful! Plays ok for 2mins and then stops ( the connection)
