No Superfast Option but Superfast available?
I was offered the option to upgrade online to Superfast 80 Broadband however no one attended on the activation date and now being told it's not available at my property.
Openreach confirmed that Superfast Broadband is available at my property (They Emailed to Confirm) however sky says that it is not available at the property despite no one coming out to check?
Who is correct? And how can I get it checked?

Re: No Superfast Option but Superfast available?
@Chewy89 checks are done remotely and use the Openreach database for your address you can check the data yourself by putting the whole address into this checker Openreach Checker
If you would like help,in understanding the output post the table and the first three lines of the notes after removing the reference to your address.

Re: No Superfast Option but Superfast available?
The key information there is the 'Waiting list' status for FTTC (VDSL) which means there's currently no spare capacity in the local fibre cabinet to provide a connection to your address.
