Broadband not working for days, all lights are on router but no internet - SY10 area

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
After the service checker completes and if it comes back green all good can you click on broadband to run an updated test please. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

I've tried that and says all ok, I've called 150 and they say there is an issue with hardware but no other support just automated

think its happening everywhere from what I can see. It's just an automated message - done all the usual unplug and re try - all lights on router are green.
It's been like this for couple of days now.
On another thread a customer had a call and they ran through instructions to get it back on and seemed to work so need those instruction by looks of it.
