Run service checker and says all good in my area but loads of us have no WiFi. Bad mobile reception area so can't work and no TV as Sky glass

All checks done. All saying fine. Spoken to Sky and despite this affecting a lot of East Sussex they quoted me an engineer visit on 17/9 under WiFi guarantee - horrendous guarantee if it takes 11 days! Orange light on hub under voice. I have disconnected for half hour and not resolved it. No TV, unable to work, horrendous customer service from sky
