The 2nd and 4th light (from left) on modem turned red half hour ago. I restarted the modem which resulted in three green lights but the 4th one is still orange. I have no Internet.
It's absolutely ridiculous. This isn't the first time this has happened. Happens every 6 weeks or so! Always happens at a time when Sky phone lines are closed too
It's has literally become a pain in the **bleep**. What kind of crappy service is this. I agree, it has been going on for quite some time now. Everytime I'm in an online meeting the signal keeps dropping and light on modem keeps changing to orange.
Same here. I live in Bradford at the moment internet. I reset anf reboot many many. Stretch online while watching. I think it’s time I considered the supplier. Goes down the drain in heaven, waking up to early 2000s speeds in 2024. That’s ridiculous, especially since we are paying a **bleep** ton for internet.
Same here. Seems to coincide with the automatic test of the system sky run.
Everything's knocked out as a result so if you're vulnerable when this happens no phone line, no Internet and unless you have a charged mobile - no way of asking for help.
I am having the same issue, 2nd and 4th light go orange. The router is reset, then the 4th light named Voice remains orange. This is the 5th time this week I have had to reset the router and also remove the power supply.
My router has been the same for 24 hours now. When I checked on the service checker yesterday, there was an issue in my area. Today, it says there's no problems, but it's still the same my end. I've tried restarting it so many times. All connections are good.
