I have a problem with my internet connection but when I do a check it is saying connected

I have no internet connection but when I run a check it says connect?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

@Maggie+Skayman click to run the. Test again as the initial result you see is from a routine test which maybe many hours old. If the system doesnt tell you Sky are aware of an issue give them a call to report the issue.
