No Internet sheffield but app says all is working!!!

I was watching YouTube fine all of a sudden no network connection I looked at my router it has amber light on for Internet So logged onto my sky app done the checks they all come back clear saying no issues in area and all is working fine very frustrating and no way to get through to anyone to report or even ask !!!! Have tried unplug all wires plug back in router off on several times nothing working

@Benjy11 it is quite likely you have lost connection due to esential overnight  maintenance work in which case it will be back up this morning. The servicecchecker shows the result of a previous routine check so cannot show a recent loss of connection however you can click through to test the broadband connection which will tell you if Sky are aware of a fault affecting your line however local maintenance work by Openreach is often not reported to Sky. 

If your line is still down this morning and the app doesnt show any reason call Sky to get this fixed BUT expect lines to be busy after yeterday's storm.
