No broadband

The internet stopped working at 9:45pm I have done all the set by steps and still nothing

This is beyond frustrating as my broadband test reports that it's all working properly even when I've removed the power to the router 🤦‍♀️, and I can't find a way to report a problem after it states that everything's working.

mines done the same, all steps done, restarted so many time, yet the app isn't picking up a problem! Yet I'm sat with no internet

Mines been down since about 6pm. If I type my landline number in to the service checker, it does say issues in my area.

@Katy2112 run the service checker in the My Sky app over a mobile connection it should tell you if Sky are aware of an issue affecting your area. If it doesn't call them and report the fault. There will inevitably be a number of faults following yesterdays storm.
