Re: No Internet in HiGh Wycombe
@OBWan123 No one on this community can give timescales.
What exactly are the alleged damages bare in mind you're posting on a domestic users community therefore a domestic broadband has limitations and you can't claim damages for any short downtime.
Domestic users are only entitled to the Ofcom mandated auto compensation for an outage only if the outage is not resolved after 2 working days of being reported.
Working days are Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays.

Cant divulge into details here.
Didn't realise it's community run forum, and not overseen by Sky lot. Thanks for your response though. Cheers

Re: No Internet in HiGh Wycombe
@OBWan123 the forum is overseen by Sky but they do not post partially as they cannot identify users from a forum post. However assuming you are buying a Sky domestic connection you have no legal right to compensation beyond the scheme linked by @GD1. However even business ISPs do not pay for consequential loss caused by an outage as that is always excluded in their contracts. Networks are inevitably vulnerable to damage and equipment failure which by definition are unpredictable

@OBWan123 When you get time the About explains all off the Forum operation and can be accessed from the top off the page.
