No lights on booster

@Emma2121 the newer booster pods Sky providecdo not show lights when connected. However assuming you have an older model check the mains supply isnt the  issue if you are sure it isnt give Sky a call if they provided the unit to grt it replaced.

thanks for the note, we have just transferred today and have one of the newest boosters. To clarify there are no lights showing on the booster that plugs directly into the mains but there seems to be no way to check that it is actually connected and working?

@Emma2121 Does it not show you in the mobile sky app that you have too use somewhere regarding the connected state of the pod? Also when powered on you should see a light on/off/flash state etc until it get's up to the confirmed operating state!
