Not working
Problem with open reach modem told its a power issue changed sockets still no joy keeps dropping out so sky hub not working spoke to sky fobbed off

@Chry That is a very unusual response from Sky, why would they as you have considered fobbed you off, did your reported condition not prompt CS to have an Engineer visit after some basic fault finding and trouble shooting or did you just refuse to have that!
