Internet cut out around midnight and still not working.
Service status checked, no issues. Multiple troubleshooting completed all report no issues but still no internet.
Attempts made to contact Sky, links given to above troubleshooting, advised I can report a fault online but no option to do so.

A number of people on my neighbouring streets (Lancashire) are having the same issue not just with Sky but BT too. I'm currently tethering via my works mobile to continue working from home

Find out moreIf at only 0.1% of Sky's customers gave line issues at any one time that would be 6,000 people so do not assume your issues are connected as the odds are they aren't. If the full Broadband Connectivity test in the My Sky app doesn't tell you Sky are aware of an issue affecting your area call Sky and report your issue.
