I contacted Sky Agent on 22 August 2024, and requested to give me Sky Broadband service for brand new house, she said Broadband service is not avaiable at this address so take Sky Stream and we will solve the broadband issue.
I was not interested in sky stream service but she mentioned if i will buy sky stream then she can help me with broadband, therefore, i agreed to buy Sky Stream service. She mentioned they will contact us on Tuesday i.e. after 5 working days and she will provide me the update.
When i contacted on wednesday, the new sky agent told there is nothing recorded like this.
I am still struggling to get BroadBand service at my new address. We have openreach box and number at the house but not sure why it is not listing in the openreach website.

Sometimes sky database is 2-4 weeks behind the openreach database
