No Internet connection

My sky box is not receiving an Internet connection, it says its connected but no Internet displays. Cannot access any apps or catch up or on demand. Not sure what is going on.

@Sineid if other decices are working normally the issue will be the Sky box has lost connection. If you have Sky Q Sky can help by either providing a booster or sending an engineer. Sky HD+ and Sky Stream customers have to sort the issue themselves but there is help online https://www.sky.com/help/articles/connect-devices-to-broadband-sky-box
