No internet
My box has no internet all of a sudden and showing orange lights but sky are trying to say there are no issues. This keeps happening and is not reliable

Me neither. Had no issues until I went over to sky q. It keeps saying there's no issues but my orange lights say something different. This is getting too regular now and is unreliable so I'm looking elsewhere. I've had enough of not being able to get through to someone when I need it

Mines doing the same. Sky says there is no issue though

Same with mine. Orange light and no internet access. I'm currently Oncall with work and can't dial in. Gj Sky.

Either Openreach or Sky have had to take your connection down for essential maintenance. Happens tonsome lines nearly every night. Wotk is done after midnight to cause the minimum interference. If that is the cause service will be back by 6am or so.
