@BryanBPT the red LOS light means the ONT is not getting an optical signal which can mean the weld the engineer made to connect the pigtail to the fibre from the street has failed.
You will have to call Sky whose lines should be open now but whether an engineer will come out today is not certain. This is a domestic installation that you plan to use it for your wife to work doesn't give any priority unfortunately.
