Sky fibre installed today. There was an issue with the PON light flashing green. Install took place and then another engineer came and sorted the connection, all was working fine until 10.45pm this evening. PON light is flashing green. LOS light is red. No Internet on hub. I have uploaded a photo and done all that I can. I am guessing I need an engineer visit, how do I get someone out ASAP so my wife can work from home tomorrow?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@BryanBPT the red LOS light means the ONT is not getting an optical signal which can mean the weld the engineer made to connect the pigtail to the fibre from the street has failed.
You will have to call Sky whose lines should be open now but whether an engineer will come out today is not certain. This is a domestic installation that you plan to use it for your wife to work doesn't give any priority unfortunately.
