Internet not working after setting new broadband

I just installed my new router which is supposed to go live on 5th June. But router is showing red color ?

@Dinesh8848 if the service is still not connected this morning give Sky a call as they need to get it sorted. Hopefully Openreach will have reported the reason fir the issue.
