Was all fine here but must have been down while I was at work this evening. As came ho e a short time ago to see two of my Amazon Echos saying your Sky broadband has dropped . Had to plug the two Amazon Echos and let them reboot. Also had too reboot the Sky Hub.
This is the 3rd time in 5 months Sky has gone down for me.
All seems fine now. Im in the Dunfermline area.

Yes, back in Livingston too. Really poor customer communication throughout. A recorded message and hanging up the phone afterwards is appalling way to treat customers.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Guzz There is nothing more a customer service agent could have told you had you got through. Where there is an area wide outage nobody can tell you when it would be fixed including the engineres doing the work.
Surely it is better to clear the line as quickly as possible to allow another caller to get through?
