WiFi running very slow

Loading web pages was very slow, so checked speed, on our ultrafast package several times and average download was 40MB which is way below what it should be.  Sky Test reported no issues in our area.

Also very very slow 5mb when it should by minimum 60mb, Sky keep saying there is no problem, clearly there is.
