No Broadband

Had sky broadband connected yesterday. Our first time having internet at this address. The sky hub does not connect ext to the internet just the power and wifi lights go on. 

called sky and after 30 minutes on hold been told they need 72 hours to try and resolve it. It also means no landline and leaves a vulnerable woman in her 80s with a mobile phone only.

 

Not impressed with sky and their service so far. Any help or guidance on the process appreciated.

@SalWoo  Any faults reported are aimed to be resolved within 2 working days of being reported, this applies to all customers regardless.  These times scales are set out by the network operator.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
