Order a 2nd Sky Max Pod
Struggling to find any info on how to order a 2nd Sky Max Pod. Router is at front of house and 1st max pod is upstairs. TV at back of house regularly drops connection as do our mobiles so thinking a second pod would resolve this. Anyone help please ? Thanks

Re: Order a 2nd Sky Max Pod
@NJS firstpoint your existing pid sounds to be in the wrong place as it needs a goid connection to the hub to be effective. Somewhere roughly halfway between the hub and where you need the boost is usally best often a hall is a good place. However if you need a second pid give Sky a call and they will probably arrange for one of their Broadband Engineers to visir who can wirk out exactly what you need
