Hello, I've had no broadband for 7 days now, I had an engineer booked on Tuesday 21st April, who come to the property and then left without even looking at the problem or telling me why he had left, I assumed he was coming back but he did not, I had to take unpaid leave! I called Sky to let them know what had happened and was told an open reach engineer had 72 hours to get me back up and running and they would contact to arrange an appointment, I phoned again on Thursday as I had not heard anything and was told an engineer was booked between 08:00 and 09:00, I waited until 11:00 but no one turned up. I phoned sky again and was told that engineer would be coming Saturday, Saturday come and still no engineer. I phoned Sky again on Sunday and was told due to the weekend nothing could be done until Monday. I phoned Sky again on Monday and was promised it had been escalated and I would receive a call back yesterday (Tuesday 28th April), no call yesterday!
I'm at a loss now as what to do and how I can escilate this, I have no broadband, I have a puc box with sky so have no TV, I have Sky security so have no home security, I'm having to use my data on my Sky mobile so that I can work from home.
Can anyone help me please?

@SarahC10 If the fault is exteranl the network Operator Openreach will need to locate and fix the issue, only Sky can provide any updates, assuming they have any from Openreach.
I'm afraid working from home give you no greater priority as you're on a domestic boradband service which has a fix time of a minimum of 2 working days from being reported, if it's taking longer than that you'll be entitled to Auto Compansation for broadband only. https://www.sky.com/help/articles/auto-compensation
