My son has a Nintendo Switch. It connects to the router but will not connect to the internet? How can I resolve this?

My son is having the same issue. I have disabled sky shield adn its still not working.
I also have the same issued with Sky Pucks.
Im 2 months in with sky broadband, but already looking at cancelling.

I am having the same issue having just moved to Sky from BT. All other devices in the house have been successfully changed to new sky router password. Nintendo switch can see the network but when I input the router password, it is not accepted. I have tried to log into my sky router to change the password but I don't seem to be able to do this as username and password are not accepted. Can someone contact me?
