Have just received our new white router, however each time I try to connect our indoor camera, it appears to connect to Wi-Fi but then cannot pair devices. Get message is check router Wi-Fi network encryption mode is not WPA3 only. Any advice please

Find out more@By default the new white Sky Max hub uses WPA3-T wifi security which devices supporting WPA2-PSK should connect to but some dont perhaps including your camera. You can change that setting in the My Sky app navigate to Product Options choose the Sky Max hub and Advanced and you will see a link for WiFi security changectgat to WPA2 and see if that sorts it for you.
