Landline phone no dial tone after fibre installation yesterday.
- No dial tone or phone operation on landline after fibre installation yesterday.
- No information about how to resolve. No contact help number.
- Really useless sky fibre installation.

Is your phone plugged into the sky router or the old mastersocket
Sky Stream , Sky Superfast, SR203 router, Tp link td w9970 + Asus RT AX58U (backup), Xbox Series X, google home mini, LG 55 inch uhd tv, with Dolbyvision, samsung a5 2017 and samsung s21

Thanks. It's plugged into back of router. I've spoken to agent who says he can see something that has not been done on their side. I need to wait three days for them to sort it.. He said he sees this happen quite a lot with new installations. Hmm

Openreach is carrying out north of 80,000 new FTTP activations a week in order to try and complete the national rollout by the end of 2026: it only takes a small percentage going wrong to have quite a large number of unhappy customers.
