New ultrafast hub wont turn on

Had my ultra fast broadband set up today. Was working fine for first few hours and then the hub stopped working. Switched it of and on at the wall now the hub wont turn on at all. Any ideas?

No nothing at all. I have rang sky they are now sending out a new hub.

Yeah sounds like a dead hub from some sort of power surge or failed hardware.
