New to sky
Im having issues with my phone. Ive recently just moved over to sky 7 days ago. And the performance on my phone is rubbish, wifi keeps dropping in and out. Certain apps I can't use and also its eating my phone data up from WiFi cutting ojut All the other devices in the house including 2 other mobiles, 3 tvs and gaming laptop are fine. It seems to just be my device, ive contacted my phone company and they said everything looks fine their side. Ive googled it and it says it can take up to 10 days sometimes for the hub to get fully connected and read the signal ect. Did anyone else find this problem when they first joined? Or have this issue still.

Presumably that's a reference to the Dynamic Line Management 'training period' for FTTC broadband: it doesn't apply to FTTP or affect local WiFi.
