New to Sky/Issues with openereach
Hi,
I'm new to sky. The openreach socket had a broken off cable at my new flat. I unscrewed the cover to take it out. After taking it out I noticed that the wires behind it looks cut. So even if I plugged in my sky hub it would not connect. Is there anyway to get someone out to look at this? Do I need to contact openreach? I'm unsure of how to go from here. Due to be activated tomorrow

What package/speed have you ordered?
What socket is there at the minute?
Sky Stream , Sky Superfast, SR203 router, Tp link td w9970 + Asus RT AX58U (backup), Xbox Series X, google home mini, LG 55 inch uhd tv, with Dolbyvision, samsung a5 2017 and samsung s21

@cbro1 You need to contact Sky to report that the master socket is damaged. They will have to request an engineer to come out and replace

I've ordered the sky superfast broadband sky hub with sky tv. At the moment it's the openreach socket with only a phone port.
