No internet

I have two green lights on my box but no light for Internet. Sky says there's nothing wrong, I've disconnected it reset it etc and nothing working. Any advice?

When the light is off it usually means theres an issue between the roadside cabinet or right back to the exchange

I told sky about this last week they said open reach would fix it and got a message today saying it was done but still not and no dial tone on my landline

Exactly the same here. Open Reach came today and told sky no problem. So a sky engineer now booked to come to the property on Thursday. My WiFi does keep coming back on eventually though.
