New package still not working, no updates either

I upgraded to fibre 150 as my area finally had fibre installed. Installation first time round was cancelled, no contact from anyone until 30mins after latest arrival time. 2nd installation went ahead no issues with openreach engineers but now there's a problem with actually using the fibre. Sky is my provider so I'm reaching out for updates or help. I'm lucky my old connection still works but it's speed is almost like dial up!!!

What is the problem as you hven't said, do you have no connection if so what lights are lit or not lit on your hub ?
