Recordings, say Sorry service not available

Went into Recordings and it has a message saying, Sorry, this service is currently unavailable

@Lorraine+Forbes  I'm not sure what broadband has to do with recordings?  Which Sky Box do you have?  Sky+, Sky Q or Sky Stream?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
